Lots of auto shops look at women like they don't have a clue, but I am always treated fairly and with respect by Highland Tire and recommend them to all my friends in the area. My parents and I have both used Highland Tire for many sets of tires now. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are pleased and are getting quality service. My longest wait I've ever had was about 20min (from coming in the door to driving out), but usually it's quicker then that. The staff is also very helpful. I never have to think about where to get tires when the time comes, I know exactly where I'm going....to Highland Tire!
